The WASH-GUARD™ Primer is a multifunctional low VOC acrylic copolymer pigmented latex system. 
 
Rheology modifiers are used to provide non-sag, leveling, and film build when freshly applied. 
 
This primer is formulated for surfaces where excessive amounts of alkali are present in the substrate.
