HI-REFLECTIVE PRIMER (Smooth) is a multifunctional low VOC acrylic copolymer pigmented latex system providing high film build, excellent water resistance, and utilizes silica micro-sphere technology. This primer is formulated for surfaces where excessive amounts of alkali are present in the substrate.
