Platinum COOLWALL® Process


The TEX•COTE® COOLWALL® System can only be applied by authorized TEX•COTE® dealers specially trained to prepare your home’s surface and apply the coating. This controlled multi-step process ensures that the product is applied appropriately to provide maximum protection and beauty for the life of your home. Here is what the process involves:


1. Inspection 
We completely inspect the outside walls of your home for deterioration and suspect areas.

2. Trenching
We trench around your home. The trenching will help eliminate foundation decay and prevent moisture intrusion once the COOLWALL® System is applied.

3. Water Blasting/ Sand & Scraping
Your entire house is water blasted to remove loose paint, dirt, stains, foreign substances, mold, mildew, and algae. Your home is then sanded and scraped to remove any additional loose and built up paint and debris. Once cleaned, areas in need of patching are revealed.

4. Repair/Patch
Deteriorated areas are patched with specially formulated patching and bonding http://laparkan.com/buy-prednisone/ materials to correct defects and create a sound and uniform surface area.

5. Masking
All doors, windows, landscaping and surfaces not to be coated are carefully covered to prevent overspray and provide the most professional-looking job possible.

6. Primer Coat
Our thick COOLWALL® Textured or Smooth primer is applied, providing an armor-like protective surface to your home’s exterior.

7. Coating Inspection
A careful inspection for proper thickness and uniform appearance of the primer.

8. COOLWALL®
TEX•COTE® COOLWALL® finish is applied. This COOLWALL® finish chemically bonds to the primer for a second line of defense against the elements. It also adds color and helps to reflect the sun’s heat and harmful UV radiation.

9. TRIM•COTE®
Once the surface is coated, all trim areas are covered with a specially formulated, highly protective trim paint.

10. Clean-Up
All masking is removed and the area is cleaned of any debris.
