TEX•COTE® Qualifies for PACE Financing

The Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program is a finance program that funds residential and commercial projects utilizing energy-efficient products that meet certain criteria and guidelines. Through our network of authorized dealers, TEX•COTE® customers are using this program to finance jobs all over the country. What is PACE?

According to PACENation, the PACE Program “is a simple and effective way to finance energy efficiency, renewable energy, and water conservation upgrades to buildings.” This program creates value for homeowners and property owners alike because they can finance improvements made to their residence or building.
