I. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

TEX•COTE¨ GRAFFITI GARD¨ IIIs System consists of two basic coatings:

  1. TY•COTE CLEAR OR PIGMENTED-Base Coat TY•COTE CLEAR acts as a "fill coat" for the substrate and maintains clarity.
    (Must create a continuous PINHOLE FREE film).

    TY•COTE PIGMENTED protects old paint from solvents in the TEX•COTE¨ GRAFFITI GARD¨ IIIs Finish Cote and can match customer's specified color. Will also act as a "Fill coat" for the substrate. (Must create a continuous PINHOLE FREE film).

  2. TEX•COTE¨ GRAFFITI GARD¨ IIIs - Finish Coating, a two component, solvent, aliphatic urethane system clear finish.

    There are also two affiliated products which can be used in conjunction or independent of the GRAFFITI GARD¨ IIIs System. They are:

    1. TEX•COTE¨ STAIN BLOCKER which is applied over surfaces which already have graffiti to prevent the migration of the existing graffiti into the anti-graffiti coating system, and;
    2. GRAFFITI GARD¨ IIIs PASTE CLEANER, a cleaning solution to remove graffiti from the surface of the GRAFFITI GARD¨ IIIs System.
TEX•COTE¨ GRAFFITI GARD¨ IIIS is recommended over:
CONCRETE GALVANIZED METAL CEMENT FIBRE BOARD
