
[Footer.html]FLEXPATCH is a water base, ready to use patching compound available in both knife (texture) and butter (smooth) grades. It is applied to cracks of 1/16" to a maximum of 1/8".

SURFACE PREPARATION
All surfaces shall be clean and free of any form oils, dirt, mildew, laitance etc. All cracks to be "veed out" to a solid base. Surface to be dry prior to application of FlexPatch.
DRYING/CURING TIMES
To touch: 2 hours minimum
To coat: 24 to 48 hours minimum
Between: 24 hours minimum
Note: All times based on ideal weather conditions.APPLICATION OF FLEXPATCH
- Ensure surface is properly prepared to receive FLEXPATCH.
- Apply FLEXPATCH with trowel, margin tool, broad knife, or squeegee.
- To obtain smooth surface, brush with damp paint brush after troweling.
- CAUTION: Do not apply heavy coat of FLEX-PATCH. Apply two thinner coats with a 24 hour cure time between coats (assumes ideal weather conditions).
CLEAN-UP/CONTAINER SIZE/SHELF LIFE
- Clean up wet material with water; dry material with xylene.
- Available in one (1) gallon or five (5) gallon pails
- 6 month shelf life based on the following: Containers stored upright, airtight in dry place at temperatures above. 45¡F to not exceed 100¡F. AVOID FREEZING PRODUCT.
LIMITATIONS
- Temperature: Above 45¡F, not exceeding 100¡F.
- Shall not be applied if rain is imminent.
- FLEXPATCH shall be applied in two thin coats in lieu of one heavy coat.
- AVOID FREEZING PRODUCT. DO NOT APPLY ON FROZEN SURFACE.
- Allow 48 hours under ideal conditions before applying a coating system.
- All masonry surfaces shall have cured a minimum of 28 days prior to the application of FLEXPATCH.
